In line scupper

Th marine in U.S. Make inline scuppers. I am looking for a UK source or an alternative that could act as a nrv for rainwater off the deck.

It has a proper scupper on transom but they are a bit low in the water and I'm paranoid it will take on water when debris clogs it. Definatly not having elephant trunks though
