Inland lake
Does anyone know anywhere in England you can take a rib inland, I have insurance and ski boat driver award. Normally go somewhere in the summer but typical british weather I'm limited when the wind blows so thought this year we may spend 2-3 days at a lake.

Coniston is nice, but like most has a low speed limit... You can just turn up and launch for £5 or so plus parking....

You can do Windermere also, but must register and have numbers on boat , speed limit again...

Yeah I was hoping of someone with no speed limit so I could wakeboard etc

Haha I new it was a long shot! All I can find is waterski lakes but they are about £50 a day!!
