On Friday I went to look round the ILC in East Cowes.
It was just my son and I and we spent a very interesting hour and a half in the company of a very knowledgeable chap from the RNLI who showed us around the production facilities from hull manufacture to fitting out.
They build the Atlantic 85 and the D Class there and refit / repair the Atlantic 75 and Y Class.
I didn't take many photo's unfortunately but I've uploaded the ones I did.
