Install a stationary fuel tank

Hi I have a question! What do you think about installing an stationary fuel tank in an Avone Searider 5,4?

My plan is to place a fiberglass tank under the deck in the middle of the boat so the stabilization water still can run around and under the tank.

Do you think it would work?

Welcome to Ribnet

The underdeck space isn't big enough for it. It's been talked about before but I don't think anyone's actually done it because there's not enough height under the floor for a tank.
