Hi all, anyone know of any good insurance companies for ribs/trailer etc I'm currently with topsail and after 4 yrs with them feel they have quoted a little over the top this year... Almost double!! Thanks for any replies in advance , rob

Go online and just get a quote off Towergate (use your proper email address and details).
Wait about a week and see if they email you a 10% discount code like they did with me!

I was with Towergate a few months ago until they doubled the quote, so I'm using Craftinsure instead now at a much better price.

Guess it was a "new customers only deal" that I got then.....
Just tried Craftinsure and they are still dearer than Towergate and they don't cover towing toys according to the sample policy online.

I just had a look at the Craftinsure website to get a quote myself, but it was no good for me. I will keep my boat in Corsica, and they were only interested in providing cover for Europe for up to 30 days a year.

Can anyone recommend someone who will insure my boat while its kept in Corsica all the time ?

I've just gone through the quote process for a 6m RIB, and Porthcawl were the best, shame as I got the quote a few days after I went with Craft insure.
