I’ve used Craftinsure for many years.
My son just had a claim with them on his narrowboat and it was dealt with really well.
They were happy for him to do the repair work himself which I thought was really good.
He got 2 quotes for the work and told them he’d guarantee to be cheaper.
They just wanted to know the hourly rate he’d be applying and asked that he priced the materials first.
Every time he worked on the boat he forwarded his hours via email and a copy of any invoices as he bought materials.
At the end he sent in pics of the finished job and they paid out straight away. [emoji106]
