I have a 5.4 with two man console and it has the same space behind the console as that one so I recon it is a 6 as stated. Also 90 is the max recomended for a 5.4.
Happy ribbing.

Looks like a 6 to me, bearing in mind it has a 3 man jockey consul and a 140 Suzuki on the back. Hard to tell 100% though.

Looks like a 5.4 to me.
The same number of inner handles and safety line loops as my 5.4 anyway. Guess there'd be one more of each on a 6m?
Wouldnt fancy it having a 140 on the back - far too much weight both for transom and balance.
Not much detail in the listing either - always makes me a bit nervous!
You after another project Nos?

Take a look at this pic of mine- http://rib.net/forum/attachment.php?...3&d=1169404130
and then look at the pic of the one on ebay.
It's the same number of loops of safety line. I don't know about handholds-Matt H had mine redone so not sure if I've got more than normal.
If you look at the raised area the consoles are bolted down to you'll see the console of that is further forward on the raised bit than mine is too, creating extra room in the stern-and take into account that my seat overhangs the back of my console a bit too.

At £2k it would be tempting if there was no transom damage from having the 140 on there...

Well, the engine's got to be worth something, but he can't give me age or hours. Looks a bit odd with no cowl decals either.
Can't clearly tell from the pics but there's some tubes from the transom that could either be reinforcement for transom or fitting for the A-frame.

Wonder where mine came from?
If the winning bidder for that boat doesn't know what it is they're going to be really pee'd off when they see it.
Either that or very wet when the transom falls off. The stainless tubes are original searider too-the transom hasn't even been beefed up.

It's back up for sale again...
I asked him if the transom was damaged by being so heavily overpowered and he got the hump with me...
