Is this a RIB or not?
Hi , daft question i know but is this definitly a RIB? Googled it but seems to come back with inflatable and fixed hull versions.
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Are these any good, looking for a step up from my honda inflatable?

Definately a RIB mate, you can see the solid hull in the Bow photo.

Cheers for that!
Anyone got any opinions on these?
Would it be a noticable upgrade from an ally decked inflatable?

Yep, I take it the alloy deck SIB was no more than 14ft?
The RIB should be a bit smoother and its got comfy seats!

Yeah its a 3.5m honwave, looking for somethin a little more comfortable and possibly a bit drier when pottering about.
Would like a searider ideally i think but liked the look of this one and its local.
Cheers for the replies

I have one..
I have one of these. Avon S3.45 currently up for sale see link below..
http://www.boatsandoutboards.co.uk/view/F216850/
They are great fun like driving a sports car and you can throw them around quite a lot and not fall out and below so low down is great.
I have unbolted the rear seats of the boat to allow more space for water toys, but they only take 5 mins to put back in.

depends...
If you drive in big seas you will get wet in most boats, mine does not have the windscreen fitted, but with the windscreen that keeps a lot of spray away!
