Job search - Help

I need a job.

Would someone help me find a job operating RHIBs or other small boats (40ft or less) including Jet Skis?

My resume can be viewed online at tinyurl.com/mariResRR

Authorized to work in EU, USA, UK

Willing to relocate internationally.

I appreciate it. Thank you.

I just read your CV. Try and reduce it to two pages and make it less cluttered and busy - theres a lot going on there - most people won't read all the detail so keep it really simple and concise. Your best bet is going to be approaching recruitment agencies and companies. Have you considered working in the superyacht industry? With that CV you'd be able to find a deckhand job easily. Good pay, and in the right job you'd be operating RIBs and jetskis all day long. I'd also recommend you do the five day STCW basic training course - this will massively open up which vessels you can work with (including superyachts).

@Tim
thanks for suggestions.

are there any employers who would fund an stcw bst course, if only in exchange for paycheck deductions or a contract agreement?

ideally, i'd like these roles: operator, coxswain, bosun, small-boat captain or captain-in-training, instructor or instructor-in-training, etc. ideally in these sectors: operations, training companies, marine emergency response, water-taxi or others. i'm more of a first-response, ops, training/trainer-to-be sector person than a hospitality sector person.

that being said, given the challenge in finding any opportunity, i'm open to any that someone here might be willing to offer...

McLachlan Marine in Aberdeen were looking for rib coxswains recently.

I’ve worked for them in the past, they’re good guys with a nice, and growing, fleet of boats.

Feel free to mention I recommended you getting in touch.
