I wondering if anyone can help me identify who makes the seats in the pic and see if i can make them or buy them.

They look like MoD / Halmatic RIB seats. You could try Simon Dann who goes by the name of mungersdelight on Ebay. His number, which appears on his Ebay adverts is 07764 151051.

There a a few FB pages dedicated to Halmatic RIBs which may have someone selling them.
