Sorry not really answering your question but, ...I have a keelguard (wouldn't work full length on the Ocean as it has rounded belly...like me as i get older )...BUT if you do buy it, get it from the States sooo much cheaper than here...was less than half the price (admittedly no postage for me as my bro brought it over in his luggage)

Wasn't a deal breaker when I was looking for a boat, but I like to be able
to run the boat up the beach.
Would agree with buying the stick on variety from the USA - but look at Fleabay as sometimes people are disposing of unused guards etc.
