Placed firmly around the driver's neck in my opinion. Can't believe he didn't swim away.

I laughed at first (I live in this local area) then I watched it on the news again and horror sunk in
Watch the video closely... the inflatable trie to "climb" the dayboat. if that wasn`t bad enough he tries to swim AFTER the boat thats donuting out of control.
Personally i think kill cords should be made law. Unless there is some way they could make it so it "grounds"through the human somehow i aint no electrician so i dont know the feasability of it.
As for the guy videoing it.. good on him its just a pity he left it so long.
On the plus side the Broads authority are arseholes (in a nice way) He wont get away with just a warning they want to throw the book at him for
Excess speed
excess wash
dangerous handling
due care
and THEN suitable words on safty gear

If anybody knows this IDIOT plese do let the police know his name so we can get the twat OFF the water

Its people like him that give us ALL a bad name and get us ALL banned from certain areas

What an absolute twat! Some of them swim among us!!.....................

My colleague and I were eating our lunch in our cafeteria, when we overheard one of the administrative assistants talking about the sunburn she got on her weekend drive to the beach. She drove down in a convertible, but 'didn't think she'd get sunburned because the car was moving'.

My sister has a lifesaving tool in her car it's designed to cut through a seat belt if she gets trapped She keeps it in the boot.
