It looks like a fuel tank breather to me, but that wouldn't seem like a good place to put one.

Ahh right, I'd just assumed it was a vent for the storage area behind the hatches, like a console vent. Never occurred to me that it might be connected to the fuel tanks. Inboard tanks are usually vented internally via the filler cap.

Folk tend to forget that the breather is actually a vacuum pipe as soon as you start the engine.

Can't be the tank vent, not in the splash-well.
Could be the bilge pump outlet but Id expect it to have a swan neck or a well full of water will drain down into the bilges through the pump.

So what do people think ?
Hello all, just wanting some feedback.
You have seen a a few pictures of our 5.8m demo and also some of our boats we have sold recently.
The feedback from our customers has been great so far and we are looking forward to how we can grow the range and business further.
Our quality and build is based upon the knowledge of boat building for many years and developing one of the best known brands in the rib market. That brand left the UK and leaves us with an empty space and desire to make things right again!
We now want Kraken to be known in the rib market similarly for being the strongest and a great performer in the harshest of environments. Kraken will give you that bit extra where other brands dont and hope you can support us on our journey ! 😀
