Leaking narwhal

Hi after having spent over £350 on professional repairs on my 4 metre Narwhal rib.
It leaks badly in the same place in fact loosing faith badly with the work they have done the tube by the nose cone as parted from the cone the whole boat is looking very sad wondering about repairing it myself the glue applied at the moment looks like it was put on with a spade.the tubes are made of pvc but when i last collected it i was given a tin of bostik 2402 i think this is for hyperlon tubes the lid of the tin was loose and when i got back home most of the glue was in the boot of my car
