Leaking valve on RIBTEC 585

Hi , one of my valves has a very slow leak ( tested with fairy). Can anyone advise how to remove / replace. Photo attached. It looks like the whole assembly is removable , there are flat sides that look like they are made for unscrewing. On the inside of the tube there's a piece that feels about 3" across and 1.5" proud.

No Picture but from your description it sounds like an A7 or B7 valve.
Repair kit available here A7/B7 Repair Kit or you can cut the old valve out and fit a new one but this involves glueing

Thanks much , I've tried to attach the pic again. It doesn't look like the same shape as the attachments on the website.

Before removing - Blow the tubes upto pressure then while wearing protective glasses try to inject thinners in the valve and at the same time releasing air in quick succession by doing you can remove any sand or salt from the mushroom of the valve as this is most likely where its leaking...
Failing that to remove you will need the proper tools but remember not to lose the back part upon removal...

I see you're from Devon - not sure how far you are from us (Tilley Inflatables), but if you need any advise (or parts) drop me an email. (Samantha@tidel.biz). As Dave has mentioned a photo would be good and the repair kits he refers to are commonly used.
