Avon Rover? They make/made them in several lengths from 2.8m - 3.8m : Rover Ribs
They also did the Seasport Deluxe in outboard and jet models, in similar sizes. Those models had a moulded transom/splash well and a few more interior bits to make them slightly fancier. From the single picture I can't quite see if it has those mouldings or not.
