Lepe inshore rescue & youth marine training academy
Latest News Update Charity No. 1035624 has been saved for future generations of Teenagers to enjoy! This follows a hearing in The Chancery Division of The High Court sitting at Bristol District Registry on the 22nd January 2013 before His Honour Judge McCahill QC where an Order was made by consent following the decision by The Defendants present at the hearing to alter their position and effectively relinquish any future ambitions of controlling either the Venturer’s Company, the Charity or it’s assets. Following this, a lawful meeting was held of the members where 100% of all votes cast ratified the existing Trustee’s as the Lawful Council of Members. Companies House has been ordered to remove all of the changes that were made in Schedule one of the order and we are still awaiting this to be completed at this time. 28/03/2013. The League of Venturers Search & Rescue Ltd Company No.2902169 will be retained and the existing Charity No. 1035624 will have a new name in order to complete The Trustee’s (also the Council Members) modernisation plans following the unfair and unwelcome events it has suffered from. We would like to thank everyone that has supported us and our Teenagers during this difficult period of transition and look forward now to an exciting future ahead. Our new name is Youth Marine Training academy our main focus is on Training more youngster's than ever before and widening their skill base in the Marine environment. We are also developing Citizenship skills and helping Teenagers to develop their CV's to assist with improved employment prospects, in or out of the Marine environment. All of our 18+ year olds will be the Crew of Lepe Inshore Rescue, which is part of the UK Youth Marine Training Academy.
