Lifting Boat off Trailer

The question has often asked about getting a RIB off and on a trailer.

I made a short You Tube video on lifting my boat, you may be interested.

Why didn't you just winch it straight onto the trailer off the dolly?

Well, because I have a hoist.

I couldn't winch it from the trailer to the trolley because my winch doesn't work in reverse. So, since I have a hoist I may as well use it.

However, I did winch the boat onto the trailer from the trolley but with the hoist taking the weight.
