lights quiz - what are they
On the start page of this site, there was a large yellow, cabin RIB, possibly a pilot vessel.

The photo, showed it carrying following lights vertical
White
Red
Red
Red

What is it telling other vessels?

Its telling you to search before posting!

And the answer is it was a Parker undergoing test ... and the lights don't mean anything other than that the bulbs and switches were working.
