List

My delta has a list to port I have emptied the bung of water and both engines are central and fuel is balanced so nothing obvious. Someone suggested that water could be in the tubes if so how do I get it out?

Has it always had a list? If not anything changed to create that? Does it list at rest or underway, you need to provide a lot more detail if you want some help
