Location of Buoys

Is there a publication - or better still a website that publishes the current location of buoys.

The reason is I was going to enter them into my GPS (Garmin MapIII)
I have the PC software which would make it a fairly easy task if I knew the Lat and Long of each bouy

Obviously I could work this out from my charts - but this is rather tedious - and prone to error!

I was going to start with the Bristol Channel (Bristol down to Breaksea) and see how well it worked next weekend.

So if anybody has a list - or knows where i could find one Thanks - otherwise I can see some long nights coming up!!

The McMillans Almanac has lat and long for lots of bouys and lights, as do some charts (including my favourite Stanfords).

Another option os one of the books of waypoints available from chandlers -- Peter Cumberlidge has compiled them for a variety of areas.

Don't forget that these may be as prone to error as your own chart work, and shouldn't be trusted 100%!
