loch lomond/loch ness accommodation with jetty

Alright all,

once again looking at my BBB (boys boating beerkend) in July. We have gone to the loch lomond holiday park for the last couple of years and love it, but we are tempted to go somewhere else for a change! looking for somewhere on a decent sized loch with lodges or static caravans, and a jetty!

Any ideas?

Cheers

If you fancy going west a little then Linnhe Caravan Site has its own slip.

The west is your oyster from there.

Simon,

I can't think of anywhere on Loch Ness itself that has accom + jetty on site (or indeed a short stroll away).

Have you considered west coast? depending on budget, numbers etc one option would be these Loche Linnhe Lodges, Kentallen, Argyll - they have changed ownership since I last used them but their is a small harbour (and slipway IIRC) on site - you've got plenty of interesting cruising from there.

What about Ardoran Marine on Loch Feochan? There are a couple of lodges there. Or Tralee Bay has a slipway (but no jetty).
