Lodestar PVC or Hypalon

Guys,

Quick question for the experts on here, I have a Lodestar 3.6, only used as a tender to get 300 meters off shore to a mooring (fishing boat, not rib).

I'm assuming its PVC but wondering if anyone here can confirm from the photos before I order some oar locks for her.

Thanks in advance

Look at the edges of the material, if there is slight fraying its Hypalon
