London Boat Show

I’m planning on attending the London Boat show on the 11th Jan. Anyone have any recommendations for stands on the Must See List?

Or does anyone want to lend me £8K to order a new 200HP E-TEC at the show?
With no hope of ever getting it back of course.

If anyone wants to meet up for a beer at lunchtime send me a PM and I’ll reply with my Mobile number.

We're hoping to go early this time as Someone has a Mission.
If we do we'll report back at the Solent gathering.

Hmm, going on your record Tim, I reckon that they'll be trying to ensure that you stay well away from any RIBS lest your well known Jonah qualities cause them to break!

Have a good one though & say Hi to Gavin for us. I'd buy you a Guiness but rather too far away to make it to LBS this year!

Good luck

The Kettle is always on at Lively lady's berth (D25). And if you get worn out with all the "Sales Talk", you can always have a rest in thre forward cabin!

Oooh that's going to hammer the plastic! They all know it's Boat Show week, of course, so rates are as high as they get all year . There's an hotel right outside Excel - The Sunborn Yacht Hotel which is handy. This year (I mean last year really!), I've been staying at The Royal Horseguards who do some terrific weekend deals - I don't know if they'll be doing deals boatshow week though. The downside is that their breakfasts are mediocre.

(Which Saturday are you going?)

We did visit the stand last year but ye made us fill out questionnaires about the environment or something. Hopefully all our well thought-through comments were taken on board
