Looking for a Rib Cornwall

Afternoon all.
I have just been offered an amazing job as a boatman on the Mount. But am looking for a rib that we can use to get about in. Main use will be from them mount to Penzance and occasionally to Marazion. We have two adults and two children. And a the boat will be kept on a tidal mooring. We have a budget of £4000 maximum.

I quiet like the look of the Humber in the for sale section but it is the opposite side of the country. Long way for a look. 😕
Any other ideas of boats greatly appreciated.

Lucky man - one of my absolute favourite places! We sailed in there a couple of years ago on the way back from Scilly and spent a night alongside, something I've wanted to do all my life.

At risk of being shot, does it have to be a RIB? Those are only fairly short inshore passages, and you may get more for the money, and have an easier search locally, with a hard boat of some description? For similar usage in and around Poole Harbour, leaving on a mooring, etc., we run a 16' aluminium dinghy with an outboard.

The engine is clean and tidy and the best bit of the boat.

Can't up the budget £4000 is a top that I will only reach for the right boat.

That one was £3,250 but be warned the bearings were shot. The seller apologised for wasting my time, then relisted it with exactly the same description. So whoever buys it take some bearings, or another trailer!

Hope this works. He wants 4k for it. The only thing it could do with a little tidy up on some of the wiring. It all works fine but a bit messy!
