Ooooh, look at all that loveley blue (but very cold) water.
They are, clockwise: Assynt, Drumbeg, Kylesku.
And one more to whet your appetite - Bettyhill.

Thats more like it.
Brackets in the truck. 101s need something to hold them together.

Keith, I'm beginning to hate you. Will you please stop posting photographs...it's quite upsetting, you know? Stuck here in the industrial wastelands that we call "The Midlands" whilst you enjoy such views....

These pictures are my futile...and quite frankly, childish attempts to counter Keith's photographs of nice places......
Hers is MY 101 (now with another owner) undergoing my loving nuts'n bolts rebuild and chassis stretch... to turn into a "go anywhere" camper......
and here is her replacement, to undergo the same treatment.........
Jono (my 4x4 is bigger than yours)

Here I am supposed to be doing some paperwork...
Well, perhaps I'll take the boat out this afternoon, or maybe go for a walk along the cliffs, or take out the truck for a spin, or perhaps get the Royal Enfield out, or...
Keith (( ) Hart
PS, I took the photograph at Bettyhill this week, some chap having fun flinging a bit of string at the water...

Now you are talking - my Father bought an old Bedford M series and we travelled from South Yemen back home to the UK in it - quite an interesting trip!!! Would love to do something like that again.
Almost bought myself an Alvis Stalwart a few years ago - when I move to a bigger house with some decent outbuildings I may well take the "plunge"!!!
