Looking to Buy

Looking for a rib to buy, budget circa 15k

Used to own a ribeye playtime that really liked but I know you pay a little extra for the brand, want something that does look nice aswell as good for light cruising and water sports, also ideally the tubes sitting out the water as will be kept in the water majority of the time (if this is possible)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Last thing need to be able to be towed by a 2007 freelander so nothing to big/heavy.

Tubes out of water? You should look at Revengers and other boats in that style. You should appreciate you lose static stability so not as good for fishing.
