Looking to sell my Avon Searider 5.4 advice please
Hi all, have just ordered a new bare hull with tubes to replace my ageing 5.4. My intention is to strip her bare and sell her on. My question really is are these still sought after? I have had her 10 years plus and had the idea to slowly rebuild her but a deal by a local rib shop is too good to pass up. I paid out a grand two years ago to have the deck replaced and a generic console fitted. The transom needs redoing but is it worth doing this if " projects" are what people are after?
Any ideas would be great as can't decide to rebuild/ tidy her for £500 (ie would you get that back plus.) or sell her as is. Any ideas on her value? Flooding hull and ok tubes but certainly showing her age

Still a huge demand for Avon 5.4 Seariders, a boat which pretty-much has a cult following. Plenty threads on here about rebuilds, including fitting new Avon tubes and accessories, etc. Depends how much work you're prepared to put in? Don't know if this helps - but there's a couple of decent Searider 5.4s here for prices (doesn't include trailer). Ribworld
