My Norton blocks me viewing the site for more than a few seconds, says its a fraudulent website, I beleive this rib was sold on ebay several weeks ago.

That link doesn't work for me. It doesn't appear to be on an ebay domain name. I just searched the item number on ebay and it comes up with German fishing bait. Where did you get the link from?

Weird is'nt it - if I try and email the seller it comes up with the eBay login page - as a regular user I know the address - the site it comes up with is not at the correct address - allowing whoever this is to grab usernames and paswords - very clever

As I said that first link isn't an ebay domain name - check it out: cgi.ebay.co.uk.mc-cvic.com/
It's pretty easy to set something like that up. I suspect the login page your getting is just a copy of the ebay one on this dodgy website which, as you say grabs your details. Be careful!
If your worried about this sort of thing, download the ebay toolbar. It tells you when it thinks your about to log into a fake ebay page.

No - just checked with eBay - they too are not happy - the change of address is generated by Norton I think
The item also appears under the following item number!! - 160374814121
Something clearly wrong

Search - RIB - Boats and Watercraft - should be listed 2nd down under most recent listings

Thanks Guys - have years of experience with eBay - so much so I set up a commercial eBay operation for a larger national charity - was also involved in setting up eBays own early "charitable" selling pages - so confident I'm not going mad - well I guess thats a matter of opinion 
Have rung them now and they are "looking into it" - that will be another long wait
