Lough Neagh slipways

Are there any slipways that stay unlocked and easily accessible?
I normally launch at Kinnego marina but the gate closes at 21:00!!
By the time I get back from work and sorted there wouldn’t be much point heading out[emoji35]
Any recommendations guys??

There’s a slip at Gawleys gate outside Lurgan, I’ll have to check if it is locked at night though.
What direction are you coming from?

I normally call into Gawleys Gate for a shandy and a bite of grub when we are on the Lough, but I’ve never really paid attention to the slipway!
But from memory it’s very shallow and riddled with debris....
I’m coming from Belfast and didn’t want to take the chance heading up that far and getting stuck or running into problems.
I’ll maybe get a run up over the weekend and check it out! Cheers [emoji106]

Apparently the folks that have the pub look after the slipway as well. There are a few more on up towards rams island I’m trying to get some information on.
There’s also a slip in the area of cranfield point around the north shore near randalstown.

Would be great if you could find out[emoji106]
Kinnego is fine normally but the closing times during summer just don’t cut it[emoji45]

Cranfield the other side of Randalstown is your best bet.
