Last year, the RNLI moored their 75 on the western side of the castle, seemed quite slack there and out of the way but still got to see them coming hooning out of the rapid rough water....

I believe there was an open invitation for all ribs, this boat ran in R4. It went very well aswell, running alongside us in a following or beam sea and overtook us several times, The driver, certainly had a large pair!!!

funny you should say that.... UNfortunately my £300 shoei wouldnt pass regs, so I ended up with a nitro. GO figure I believe there were some orange stickers that could be applied.
Otherwise great fun race, nice taster and the training from Chris and John in the morning was welcomed. We had alot of trouble in beam seas, and a little hook on a corner. Afterwards we found a broken trim tab, snapped at the hinge and bent across its flat surface by about 2" Some poor lads in another boat snapped all the steering bolts, and the engine crushed into the transom by over an inch!!! Im happy to replace a trim tab .
