It's a gravel base (no step) when the concrete stops but I wasn't willing to drive my 4x4 onto it and because it's nearly flat I would've had to get the car wet. I unhooked and waded out with empty trailer, recovered boat then winched both back to the car. Launching would be harder unless there's two to push it out so if a big heavy RIB I wouldn't say impossible but hard.
The Atlantic 85 LB launches at any state of tide but they have a tractor for the job.

Do you know what the tide height needs to be so you can launch with a car on the concrete part of the slipway?
I struggled to get off there once in 8m rib. Got a stepped hull but it appeared flat from sea bed for atleast a boat and landrover length. Came back and launched when tide was in
