says custom built tanks we may have already built one for your boat that implies they build them to me without you drawing one up, worth a call
up date public liability stops them making them for petrol so the material they use is just for diesel
must admit didnt go right into thier web site
cheers

PLENTY of links if you Google "Custom made plastic fuel tanks for Boats" Mate
Don't forget it's only a quick and simple job to remove the rear seat (drop in and re- fit over new tank) and re-glass it in Steve..that way you may get something that fits off the shelf

I just happen to be considering one myself for my reserve/extended range after my original developed a leak ,,,, they no longer make the size and it needs to fit in a specific location in the console ..... awaiting quotes from enquiries I sent today :-)

A one off from anywhere will be costly but they might have tooling to sort him as it says on the web page.
you never know just a phone call. I recon that with a bit of heat & ratchet straps you could get the 300 MM tanks in through a 290 MM gap once one side enters it should go, even causing a vacuum might distort enough for 10 MM

73 Litre Fuel Tank TT-5663 750 x 390 x 290
Tek Tanks sell petrol tanks from their Series C tanks range. I'm not sure what length and height you have but the one above could be suitable.

I think that I will go for the 70 ltr Tektank 80x35x30 there is a lip round the top of the jockey console which I'm sure that I can cut 0.5 cm off each side so that it will drop in.
I spoke to Mike Whitham and he agreed that that would be the best and cheapest way..... if all else fails Mike will cut out the console fit a tank and glass it back in 👍Just hope that the first option works.
Would it be best to use a jigsaw or could it be filed down I wonder......

Have you not room for the 91 Lt 910 l 410 h x 300 wide tektanks
I would cut out using Bosch multi tool thats what I use it leaves a better cut and finer if you only want a smidge off .
Cheers

That's a shame so you need 10 MM off each side looks doable and you could make it back up during the winter if it bothered you best of look with it pics when it's in must be others thinking the same.
Cheers

You are unlikely to get plastic made to measure for petrol - I went through all that a couple of years ago and ended up with a custom made stainless steel - the choice for petrol is only S/S or aluminium. You can get plastic custom for diesel only.
