Man, 30, charged over boat death

Looks like it involved a dory at night

"A 30-year-old man has been charged over the death of a man in a collision between two boats in a Cornish harbour in July."

From the local news tonight he has been charged under the International rules for prevention of collisions at sea, which as we know aply to all vessels.
