I am looking for a other rib and found cps marine services selling ribs but the prices seam a bit low( I do like a bargain being from Scotland), just wondering if they are real and above board.

Never heard of ‘em. But they do exist & have been trading since 2013. They haven’t been doing much though by the look of their accounts. I’d want to physically see & touch any potential purchase. As always Caveat Emptor.

Just tried Googling Bissaker Maritime Ltd & clicking their website link gives the result 'Account suspended'
And this also comes up:

As you might know 419 is the Nigerian penal code for Fraud offences.

So something doesn't look right.

They’ve got 35 RIBs listed for sale and linked to an address in the Wirral going by their VAT number. Now either that single garage is like the tardis, or you need Columbo on the case.

Their trading address is a residential street too.

Walk, would be my advice.

To be fair I think someone has hacked the guy and its a case of identity fraud.
I think Andrew William Bissaker is a ligit self employed Marine Pilot and his wife is a nurse.

Edit: The guy is actually retired and knows that someone set up a fake website using his company. He had the website shut down earlier this year, but obviously they have started doing it again using the same pictures and details on a different site.

The Gala Atlantis Deluxe 330L that you are interested in was under a leaseback contract, but the owner was unable to pay his monthly installments because his company has filed for bankruptcy as it's debts skyrocketed during the lockdown period so we took back it's possession.
In the present climate regarding this challenging times we set a low price to guarantee a sale. Now we are selling this boat for £5,200 Net Amount (excluding VAT) to recover the remaining debit of the leaseback contract and this is the final price for this boat with no other liabilities (debts) or hidden taxes to our company.

After very careful consideration in these very challenging times, we made the decision to temporarily closed all our 4 warehouses. As of today all our sales staff will be working from home. The boat are currently held in our warehouse from Penzance and we have no personnel available there to arrange a viewing/inspection (shortage of workers). This is the reason why you will have the 2 days return policy time to inspect the boat and the papers before give your final decision.
PLEASE NOTE: On delivery you will benefit of a 48 hours inspection period of the boat. During the 48 hours inspection period you can have the boat inspected by your local garage, we absolutely welcome any checks you want to perform on the boat and documents. If within 2 days of the date of delivery of your boat, you are not entirely satisfied with it, will take the boat back and refund you the payment. This is subject to the boat having not covered more than 500 nautical miles at the date of return. The boat should be in the same condition, and complete with any extras that were present upon sale.
