my mooring neighbour (in the marina!) owns one, he hardly ever use it and once were were looking for the windscreen and the company said IF we bring the boat they can find the part for it!
We were quite disappointed as it is an expensive rib and we expected a better service.
Also, one thing to remember is that unlike my rib (a Humber) which you can do lots of DIY and mix and match Frames etc. you can't do it on these ribs.
Performance....ummmmmm like any rib, they are good in handling etc. but again, think about the time when you want a part and you won't have it for weeks....
