Been a while since I posted since Christmas as have been renovating a property, moving home and we have a new bay - all good fun, however, Maverick was in secure gated area and we woke up to this deliberate damage one recent morning - :-( , no reason just mindless vandalism to the rib and some cars ..
Anyway , it could have been worse, cover was shredded and rear tube gashed and sliced, and the last few months has been negotiating with Insurers and getting quotes back and forth from Ribcraft ... Towergate have been responsive and fair ..
Finally Maverick has gone into factory this week so excited to get the rib back soon ... , will post repair pics ..
Secondly, sorry to hear about Maverick. Such idiots. I sometimes wish they'd actually steal something, rather than undertake mindless vandalism. I just can't fathom it.
Test your knife on something else that's thick. A tree or ideally yourself!!!
Really sorry to see that. I feel your pain some p#ick ran into our rib while she was on the mooring last week. Engine is a write off and needless to say no word from the offending party. Some people are unreal.
