My new project is coming!!

After selling my thundercat 2 years ago. Then owning a 17ft fletcher with 115hp as a small restoration project for a year until I sold that in September.

I'm back!!!

Picking it up Sunday.

2013 thundercat hull
With Carbon fibre nose cone and floor.

Also made out Of Hypalon rather than the usual pvc so even lighter!

One of only 5 ever made is this spec.

Just need to find an engine, trailer and a few bits of kit and I'm good to go!

Excited to built a boat to exactly how I want and hopefully start racing!

Clyde outboards has a short shaft tohatsu 40 2 stroke I think, sure I seen one today in there if any use.

Luke, what about a 2 cylinder 40HP '6E9' engine code yam/mariner? Really light for the power and very good, simple engines? No doubt see you out off old harry soon then!

50hp tohatsus are what's needed to race so anything else won't be allowed

9 hour round trip today from Swanage to Milford haven but we finally came home with a boat!!!

Love it already!

Possibly! Have got a lot of kit to buy and set up dependant on what engine I get so watch this space!
