There's plenty of space between tubes & rear door - I actually plan to move the boat forward from where it is there - reckon I can get it another 4" forwards, which puts the last keel roller closer to the transom. That would have the boat absolutely as far forwards as it's possible to get it on the trailer.

However it is where it is right since I had to move the axles back when first fitting it all - and with hindsight, prob moved them a little to far back.

Lightboard was fine in that photo - it was a narrow lane nearer to Tilley's (where I was heading) with a lorry coming the other way that was the issue.

sorry M i wasnt being funny ,point is over 60 now i decided i wasnt messing with trailer bearings and brakes any more ,so despite having a nice snipe 7.5m ish single axle trailer i was in the final stages of negotiations to buy dutch trailer with disc brakes and coil springs etc etc ,,,however at the late stage i was sent a pic of their 6.5m trailer with a ribeye 619 on it ,mine is 6.5 and i went into a panic that the trailer wasnt long enough (as 6.5m is total overall length ) hence my interest in your dimension from bow to landy !

A buddy got a “Dutch” quote for a custom trailer in the week.

37k!!!

Anyway, if useful, this is an indespension super roller coaster 7.
Boat is 7.5 LOA, 6.5m boweye to transom.
Trailer “as is” is a max of 6.3 from winch post to last roller, but I can maybe get another few cm when I final fit.

Indespension say this trailer if good for 8m ribs, but based on my boat, I’d say 7.5 maxxes it out.

Not sure about the current trend to use a delta style coupling at the front instead of a pole coupling ,friend of mine whos been in trailers all his life alway suggests reversing is easier with a bit of length between hitch and bow !
Here is the picture i was sent when i decided, maybe it wasnt for me ! and dont want twin axle as there is some pushing and manouvering involved

Matt have a problem Donato leaking air valves

I have a Scanner 590 with leaky Donato air valves. My problem is I live in San Diego California. No one in California has ever heard of these valves. And no one wants to work on a rib they have never heard of. Looking for a company where I can purchase these valves in Italy or Europe. Hoping you might be able to help. Thanks in Advance. I'm afraid I am not familiar with those valves. Have you contacted scanner?
https://www.scanner-marine.com/

Otherwise, it might be easier to remove the leaky valve and replace it entirely with a locally sourced one? Depends how the valve attaches, but sometimes they are a compression screw fit onto the tube, so not too hard to replace - although other rib netters will know more about that than me.
