Only thing I would add is whatever name you use remember that if you use the VHF it has to sound clear and work well, if you need help a long name repeated three times might be hard to understand

yeah i agree with the vhf bit, keep it cleen too -though hearing a slightly embarrassed female coastguard replying to 'wet dream' was rather funny
