Need help pls..

Hi, i have mercury optimax 90 hp. year 2011. the engine will not go over 3000 rpm , then it stalls. i have changed all fuel lines, all fuel injectors, all air injectors, fuel rail , and fuel pumps, and spark plugs. and it is still the same ? the dealer in my country cant say anything, only suggesting some wery expensive things, already spent over 3000 usd for parts,, any suggestions here .? someone had same issue ?

Wow that would of been expensive to swap all those parts over ! Have you hooked the engine up to a digital diagnostic terminal? To read any faults. If your doing this yourself have you got a workshop manual

there is no alarm sound.... and already hooked the engine up with mercury digital diagnostic terminal... no faults... i cant figure out.. the dealer here is terrible and no service... well hope someone comes up with something to try,,��

Assuming its an inboard tank have you tried using a 25l external tank?
I know it may sound obvious but often simple things can be overlooked and you need to go back to basics

its a built in tank 100 l. but i use 25 liter tank...its strange it runs perfectly up to 3000 rpm,,, then stalls.. i changed spark plugs, and they are ok. but could it by Coil when the motor reaches 3000 rpm it does not work?

Does it restart easily after it stops or do you need to wait a while or crank it over for a long period does it help if you prime it after it stops

it does not stop, only stall að 3000 rpm... i was reading about fuel throttle sensors, is that something you know about..?

Lots more information required realy has it ever revved past 3000rpm have you had diagnostic plugged in whilst fault occurs have you checked basics like compressions? Temperatures etc?
