That board protecting the engine and electrics is very heavy.

I think they are the old Mk9s, not the ones with the inflatable liners.

Mk10s are GRP with inflatable liners and the current Mk11s are injection moulded with inflatable liners.

If you wanted to fit a visor you would need to get studs fitted first.

I've converted a few of these myself to use with Visors.
They normally do not come with the popper bases required so have to be drilled and the bases riveted in place.

I have a few of the correct popper bases and a jig to carry out the conversion.
