New Dive Boat

I know there was people enquiring about dive boats here before so i said i'd stick a few pics up.

Our club got a new dive boat from Gael Force Ventures((http://www.gaelforceventures.com/index.html) in Ireland. It's a 6.7m with 175HP Suzuki. We haven't gotten out in it much since we got it last week cause of the weather but the boat is fantastic. we put alot of input in to the build and the guys at the factory were excellent to deal with. The quailty of the workmanship is excellent. so time will tell how she performs.

I think the funny stainless steel structure in the middle is called a bottle rack. It's usually used by fat people who don't know how to freedive. It's used in order to carry compressed air cylinders!

PS. I'm joking

Very nice looking boat. You'll have to keep us informed of how she copes with the handling that divers tend to give their boats. (Or is it just my lot!!)

Honestly I didn't recognize that as a tank rack. But ok I can imagine that - maybe... Maybe its cause there are no straps or anything. Nice looking hull.
