New Keel Rollers (unusual sizing)

Hi

The time has come to replace the rollers on my current trailer but for some reason it has an unusual size keel roller (typical)

Diameter - 150mm
Bore - 14mm

I understand that the standard UK sizes are 5/7/8” diameter and 16/19mm bore.

I was hoping that someone might be able to point me in the right direction, I have searched extensively on Google before posting but am none the wiser

15mm bore would work, but 120mm diameter, boat may sit just a bit lower on trailer, available for back order
