New mini project ..
Further to my post about my 10hp Mariner.....
I have this out the back . As you can see some work needed on the transom /tube joins. Some very bad patches that came off in my hand and did nothing except trap dirt. Tubes are in good condition apart form that (and where they have painted over the 'beach rescue' wording)
Its had a bow locked fitted , but poorly finished , so plan to flow coat the inside of the hull and maybe replace the hatch cover . Its been fitted with drain tot he deck which while a good idea is not well finished , as is the section round the inside of the bow D ring.
Should be nice little run around when sorted . Any comments views or advice welcome .

I'll get use of it , but the engine belongs to a mate ( crew on several Nacho runs etc ) and I've agreed to sell him the boat and trailer for far too little !
It'll be a river boat at Christchurch I think .

So many jokes ..... Ribbed , extra large , flavoured etc etc ..... especailly with my mates Johnson hanging off it...
And yes - I even got my boat wet !! to free up the garage.... flow coats all dry now and looking good . Cant wait to try my mates Johnson . Its small but powerfull and hopefully avery tidy little package .....

Finally got round to posting some pics as I have an afternoon at home today .
1st trip out and with 2 of us in it and 10l of petrol we hit 20knts ish on flat water. Engine and boat is very well balanced . PLayed with the trim a bit but not a huge change in anything.
Seat on its way ( I think delivered next door when I was out this morning) thaanks to SamT. Hopefully a few years of fun at leats left in it.
On to the next ! ( if only SR4 engines were cheaper and easier to find ! ) and for the eagle eyed its not me in the pic but new owner & mate.
Pete
