Ah well, cannot be right all the time. Apparently Jan Falkowski is not happy because it means that he has got to go round again! For the sixth time! ![eek](https://www.rib.net/forum/images/smilies/eek.gif) Alan P

Honestly Julian, I thought you'd have known all the Scorpion records!
Mike Deacon's Hot Lemon time was 37 hours and 51mins 35 seconds, so four-and-a-bit hours taken off...
Anyone know URL for Revenger's web site? The link under John's UK manufacturers deosn't seem to go to the right place.

There is a short article in tonights Southern Evening Echo, on page 5, about the chaps and their 30ft Revenger. It would appear they had a few problems and it wasn't all plain sailing!

Tell us more! We don't all get the Southern Evening Echo and the team's web site doesn't have a lot of info on it.

Just had a look on the Revenger web site, how sick is this 34.
Quote:
In March of this year we commissioned the first outboard Revenger 34. She was built to order for a Norwegian customer who asked for an 80mph RIB. (Actual speed in excess of 85mph) Power came from 3 x 300hp Mercury Promax outboards with special 4 blade propellors.
Mayfair hydraulic steering, 3 fuel tanks
Electrically adjustable driver/navigator drop bottom bolster seating incorperating Morse throttle and bow tank levers
3 person bolstered aft bench seating
3 outboard well lockers containing engine oil tanks, fridge and trim hydraulic pumps

"Rumour" has it that shortly after delivery it came up for sale, owner no longer had a use for it whilst in prison.
But then it is only a rumour!!
I heard he also commisioned a similar boat with a pair of Big Block Mercruisers.
