New suspension seats
We developed suspension seats that seamlessly combine comfort and design with top-grade technology.
From the patented shock-absorbing system of polished 316-grade stainless steel to the anodised seat frame, all the materials are of the best quality and virtually maintenance-free.
Two types of seats are available:
-comfort
With pre-set adjustable suspension.
The suspension is adjusted for weight and use when mounted. The suspension can later be adjusted with a spanner.
-comfort plus
With a hydraulically adjustable suspension system.
The suspension is adjusted hydraulically using a rotary knob.
The suspension can then be adjusted easily per occasion to suit weight and purposes.
The standard material used for cushion upholstery is the breathing Sunbrella fabric, available in various colours.
Naturally, other fabrics or leather are available at request.
recommended retail price for the X-Craft comfort is €2490,- incl VAT
recommended retail price for the X-Craft comfort plus is €2670,- incl VAT
X-Craft suspension seats
the new standard in shock-absorbing boat seats.
The new website will be ready in a couple of weeks.

Looks good.
Are they height adjustable? Or is it just the damping that can be adjusted?

They are not height adjustable.
But on request we can change the cussion height fot very long or very short people.
The standard height is 74cm.
Our experience is that this height is good for people from 1.65 to 1.90m.
The spring of the X-Craft comfort plus is hydraulicly adjustable by a knob.
For the X-Craft Comfort you need a spanner to adjust it.
The X-Craft comfort plus is only needed if a lot of people from different weight use the seats.
At Ribex everybody was very impressed by the seats. And found them better then other brands. (ask Paul Lemmer, he tested the RIBs for the august edition of RIB International)
That's why we decided to put them on the market as a stand alone item.
We are now working on a brochure and a new website.
The brochures will be sent to all the RIB and console boat builders in Europe.
I think that we develloped seats of great quality for a very reasonable price.

Nice seat.
But rough water drivers would appreciate an adjustable hip movement limiter, for comfort and safety !

Are these being sold as shock mitigating or just suspension seating?
If shock mitigating - what certification/approvals do they have? I might be interested but would need commercial approvals
