They look in good condition. If they are, then don't re-tube in my opinion.
I have a 1989, all original & hold air. Mine are a bit scuffed up but thats ok.

The tubes and rubstrake have been painted. Lots of seam leaks. Many areas where coating has flaked away leaving fabric showing.

I am from the UK so no idea where to get a re-tube in USA. I must admit that rib has had a cover on it all the time whilst not in use. This has save the original tubes

I am waiting for Henshaw in UK to price it. They talk like they have a pattern already.

There a quite a lot of rib places in the UK that can supply you tubes. I am sure this has all been researched before on the forum.

I've had my 1986 Hypalon 5.4 Searider repaired at Lifeline Inflatable Services in Miami Gardens with good results. Phone: (305) 621-1500.

Another restoration expert is Alfred Montaner of Luxury Rib Tenders in Coral Gables, Florida. Finally, search Youtube. They have many Rib repair videos. One of them is by Alfred Montaner. If you have to change the old Hypalon tubes with new Hypalon tubes be prepared to spend a minimum of $10K, probably more.

I have a zodiac hurricane 540 and live in the good ol midwest usa. I retubed this year and went with henshaw. They also had the pattern of my boat on file.

It was stressful during the shipping process with having to get a broker to deal with customs, but the quality and fitment of the tubes is top notch. You really get what you pay for.

I would highly recommend them.

Three, I had tubes made by Henshaw about seven years ago. Excellent and best price!
