One of the guys I went to uni with used to work for an inshore survey company based in Norfolk. They had a niaid built for them of about this vintage, with two lift tube just forward of the tramsom, thus they could access the transdusers easily. Boat was called Tusnami I think. The setup of the boat and rig looks comercial.
