Non toxic antifoul

Hi - has anyone used the non toxic antifoul made by HMG paints called by the catchy name of "slippery bottom". I am told that as soon as soon the boat start moving the nasties drop off as they can't hang on. They also claim a 5-10%increase in performance!!!
Any thoughts or advice appreciated?

Used it a few years ago wasn't impressed!!

Boat regularly used in salt water and fouling forming within 2 months and not falling off!
